Hampton Roads Business Information Network believes that accurate, reliable, and timely information is a vital key to business success. Upon that belief HR-BIN was organized to provide small, home-based and mid-sized businesses with the knowledge resources to build their own business successfully.

In today’s digital economy, businesses are able to get information faster for their business. The challenge lies in taking the time to access and assess it. HR-BIN advances this process by offering a more select, localized and authoritative collection of resources than are typically available in one place, and by assisting information seekers.

HR-BIN understands that knowledge is not gathered, it is mined. Our objective ensure that our clients have the means to follow achieve their business objectives by getting sound knowledge and understanding  in order to structure well thought-out strategies and make wise and prudent decisions for their businesses and communities. Membership fees, service revenue, and other fees, help the HR-BIN realize its goal of providing equal access to business information for all communities, regardless of income, age, race, religion, disability, or educational background. Various fees and special services cover HR-BIN’s operational expenses.
